Methylation of SOCS and Tumorigenesis
Abstract: Suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) play an important role in
cells signal transduction. Previous studies showed that SOCS were always
activated in tumour cells. Thus, overviewed the relationship between the
methylation of SOCS and the tumorigenesis to provide new method for tumors
therapy.
Key words: SOCS, tumorigenesis, methylation
