EB1b case等了3个半月，最近开始有点不淡定了，于是就发信咨询我的律师。说自己等
到第5个月的时候，如果还没批，就准备pp,但又害怕PP增加RFE.得到如下回复：
Dear XXX,
Outstanding Researcher petitions are taking around 4 months at the moment.
We should hear from USCIS soon. There is always a chance it can take longer,
and we can certainly assess the situation if your case is still pending at
5 months.
In our office, we have not found that premium processing increases the risk
of a request for evidence. There's no real need to premium process your case
at the moment since you have an H-1B valid through December, but it can
give you some peace of mind. There is a filing fee of $1225, and we would
not charge a legal fee.

我刚开始准备，问了几个law都说pp不会有太大影响。他们也说了，现在平均就是4个月
左右的处理时间，如果身份没问题，不用pp。你就hold住吧，整天在版上赞人品，没问
题的。

挺靠谱的，pp不另收律师费，不错。我的律师当时就收我500刀，只是递一张表而已，
还是我自己填的表！
