打算开一个roth ira,据说有最高年收入限制。否则就不能开。
另外，如果现在工资比较低开了roth ira，以后过几年工资涨了超过了最高额度，是不
是就得把账户关掉？

The 3rd Eb1-b criteria:
published material in professional publications written by others....
似乎准确说应该叫：“专业杂志报道。”
有一些industry news 报道了我的工作, 还有一些小破网站， Newsedge, Highbeam,verticalNews提
到了我的工作和名字。我写进了我的RFE responce letter。
In my denial letter, the IO stated that:" However, no evidence was submitted
to show that the media in which the articles appeared were professional
publications."
大牛们，请指点？
谁有HIghbeam, verticalNews 是professional publication 的证明信。
谁有证明信的模板？
Review paper 的讨论算不算？有两篇review paper 提到了我的工作
其中一篇还提到了我的名字，讨论了20几行
这能不能算媒体报道？我以前没有特别指出。下次可不可以Claim。

129k for single and 191k for married.
when you make more, simply stop contribution and don't need to close
anything.
if you are qualified, definitely go for it.

从USCIS的定义其实在这点上是模糊的，换句话讲不少律师其实都把review paper里面
大段论述你工作的都塞到了media report去。但是你可以不要claim media report,放
到contribution里面highlight起来就好。
