EB1B for sure if your employer supports u.

学校支持就走eb1b,不支持niw.
好在从目前的形势看，niw也不要等很长的时间。如果学校政策上不许可，先递交一个
NIW保底。

怎么申请EB1B?
你是不是指EB1A？

同上，学校支持应该指支持EB1B,如果这样直接上1B，不用考虑。
如果学校不支持EB1B，那lz问题的答案只有NIW了。先递一个保底，如果排期不顺，按
lz的情况，过一年在搞EB1A估计也可以的。我看lz是postdoc，多半应该是不可以1B的。
