I will leave my current employer soon but there are still some continuous
work that they need me to help with. Today they ask me to sign a consulting
agreement that they will pay me hourly in the future in case they need my
help. I'm holding an H1B visa and there is no conflicting interests between
my current employer and my future employer. Is it legal?

现在，实行了新的出生公证。
上面写着，申请人的现住地址（国内户口地）。
问题：现住地址（户口留在大学）与出生地址不一样，怎么办？
另外，真正的现住地址，在美国，不是在中国，但是出生公证，却写着国内大学的
地址，会不会让移民局，误解为我现在居住在国内，而不是美国？
这个新的出生公证，真是傻，加一个现住地址在里面，真是画蛇添足。不知道怎么办？

You need two H1b's. Each corresponds to an employer.

我也觉得有地址的问题。我只开了出生证明，还没公证。

现在貌似很多因为出生公证被ref。加了这个现住地址，以前国内做的公证，是不是要
在美国这边再公证一下？

I don't see why not. If you current employer's H1-B isn't expiring soon, and
your new employer will tranfer you H1-B, then you'll be holding two H1-B
visas, thus can legally work for both places.

我开的是中英文对照的公证，不想公正了。
如果你的是以前的公证，有必要在美国公证吗？以前的公证没有现在住址这一条。
再说以前很多人都是那种公证，移民局不也都接受了吗

我老公的出生证明是很久以前开的，这几天就要递485了。他的就用那个了。我是不
想再麻烦了。

我觉得以前的反而好一些。
现在的，纯粹是画蛇添足，加一个完全没有必要的国内“现住”地址。
住在国内的人，根本就不需要办“出生公证”，办出生公证的，都是住在国外的人，
没有人“现住”国内。
