直接给移民局打电话就是了,找议员干吗阿,你这个移民局肯定得理你,已经超出他们

I called several times for SR.
They told me to send email to NSC. Here is the reply I got:
Greetings,
All petitions and applications must be connected to your Alien file before
adjudication can begin. This process is being completed. USCIS records show
your cases are currently being prepared to be assigned to an officer to be
reviewed. You will receive a decision or notice of other action once your
cases are adjudicated. If you have not heard anything within three months,
please contact customer service to complete a service request for status.
The National Customer Service Center’s toll free number is 1-800-375-5283
or you may access the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov should you have any
further questions or need additional information.
