Here is my summary.
1. Postdoc in bioscience area.
2.17 papers including 3 Chinese papers, could go up to 20 this year. 4~5
First author papers.6 third author papers.
No papers IF>10. Most papers are IFs 2~5. Only two papers have IF around 7~
9.
3. 6 conference presentations. No oral.
4. Total references by others are about 63.Most of the refs came from non-
first-author papers.
5. Review others work 3-4 times for 2 journals with IF 2~3.
6. No award.
7. Want to try both EB1A and NIW this year.
