二进宫。10年换了律师，11年三月交上去，8月底转nsc，后来无消息，2-3月份开始打
过几次电话做sr，无果，后写email到nsc，说让等三个月，4月份让议员催，几天就给
答复说一个月内给答复。5月1日早上接到短信，马上查看email，竟然批了，妈的，让
我等了13个多月。给议员的信里我陈述了整个过程，强烈了陈述了自己的观点，用了几
个感叹号。批的很及时，虽然niw已经交了485，但是现在排期都没了，又不知道猴年马
月了，现在据说可以做relink？请教如何做。
简要背景介绍：
国内生物土薄，名校postdoc数年了。
老三项：文章，贡献和审稿。
10分左右文章两篇。全部挂名文章15，全部引用不到100，他引不到50，没有区分。
国内专利一个，无用，但是国内导师在忽悠搞应用开发，于是把能用的全用上了，例如
说基于我当年的开创性工作，现在导师实验室开发的产品预期市场产值几百万美元，狗
屁呢，都是瞎吹。甚至把关于把导师的新闻报导也附上了，google 翻译，名字都错了
，管他呢，全附上。所有这些都来充实个人贡献contribution上了。
审稿邀请5个杂志20多次，实际审了10个左右，因为大部分根本看不懂，但是把邀请信
全部打印上了。10年搞了两封主编的信，其实都是中国人。
推荐信6封，院士一名，无实质性吹嘘。
petition letter在律师指导下写了接近20页，花费了一个月，律师改了下，又让实验
室的美国学生给改，问他感觉如何，他说我象爱迪生了。这次自己花费了很多精力，1-
2个月吧，当然最后也许是运气，当时让议员催就作好了rfe的准备，不过还是一下子批
了，其实经历了这么长时间都感觉麻木了。当年第一次律师不让看petition letter，
现在想来准备的特别差，不过是肯定的。

My name is 某某某, and I live in 某地.
I am writing to you to seek help regarding my I-140 immigration application
(EB1A) which has been extremely out of processing time!
The case No. is SRC11111111111, which was efiled to Texas service center on
March 20 2011. The average processing time is 4 months. On August 31 2011 (
5months later), my case was transferred to Nebraska service center, and I
was told that it should be processed within 6 months (this is even longer
than normal process time). In the meantime I called for service request, and
also I sent an email to Nebraska service center. The latest news was that I
got a reply on March 30 2012 from Nebraska service center: ‘USCIS records
show your cases are currently being prepared to be assigned to an officer to
be reviewed’. They did not give me any reasons why my case is out of
normal process time, and the terms they use are ‘being prepared to be
assigned’. I don’t know how long the ‘being prepared’ will take. They
also told me’ If you have not heard anything within three months, please
contact customer service to complete a service request for status’. That
means it might take another 3 months. The normal process time is about 4
months, while my case might take 15 months or even longer! I was told that
the reason that my case was transferred is to accelerate processing.
I sincerely wish 议员先生 could help me with this case. Your help will be
