大家好：
我最近看到好几个帖子上说自己用Google translate直接翻译网页，但是被IO要求公证
。 但如果我用Google translate, 能否用再附上下面的模板， 而且公证人不是翻译人
（Google translate)？

不过顺便问一下，公证人必须是有执照的吧？还是一般的人都可以来公证？
如果让公证人来证明Google translate准确，那岂不是要找有执照而且懂中文的公证人
吗？这样的公证人似乎不多。
如果太麻烦，那还不如用翻译人人工翻译了。

usps有公证人，boa也有。notary，很多学校医院的人，都有这个执照。
公证人不用懂双语，我就是把电脑拿去，演示怎么从x文文件在google translate翻译
到英文就可以。公证人要证明的是文件翻译是第三方参与，不是当事人杜撰或者瞎编的
。公证人不对翻译的准确与否负责任。翻译得好不好，那是google translate的事。

不用公证吧，我的律师要求我将中文材料做翻译，然后找人签字说明翻译正确就行，这
个签字人只要和自己没有血缘亲属关系就可以。
不过，你要按你说的是IO 的要求，就另当别论了。

多谢关于公证人的详细解释
似乎两种方法都行。
不过Google translate可以保留网页原来的风貌。如果用Translator来签字，所有的文
字就只能写在白纸上了。
