已经收到I129的approved通知, 也收到了老婆的I539。
今天早晨律师这样写：
That’s great! I wonder though if you received a “courtesy” copy. Once
the mail comes in today, I’ll let you know whether I received the actual
approval – it should be coming to me as the attorney. The actual approval
will have your new I-94 (and your wife’s approval and I-94 as well), and
you will need those parts of the approval form for the records.
她提到的这个i94是一个copy、receipt？ 还是real i94？
我们的F1（F2）i94现在还在有效期内，如果我们在10月1日前离境只要hand over现有
的i94就行了？
另外哪位高人有 H1B以及H4签证的Check list么？请给一个链接，再此多谢了！！！
