alien number没有填成140的,写成了OPT的EAD卡上的了,也和H1B上的一样.请问需不需

刚call了USCIS，他们告诉我，任何一个出现在I-797 approval notice上的A number都

have no idea. but if i were in your shoes, i would call uscis. maybe they
will tell you what to do. if they won't, then i would call the doctor's
office to see whether there's any chance for you to bring back the form and
just change the A-number and let the doctor sign and seal the the envelop
again. good luck.

If you are not sure, you can leave it as blank. When one files I-140 and 485
concurrently, there will be no A# of I-140 either.
