you need to call USCIS (phone on your receipt) tier 2 to do an SR:
tell them it is more than 30 days and you need the FP notice.
They should issue you one soon. I had the same experience:
USCIS sent a FP notice right after my 485 AD, but we do not receive it (
during the mess of Feb), call them and get the FP notice about 2 and 1/2
months after 485AD.
