I read one poster saying that there is a M&M b1g1 coupon in 6/27 RP, but I
didn't find it?

Also, I don't have my Chinese birth certificate. Where can I get it now
while I am in US?

扫描的可以。
让国内的亲属或者朋友问当地公证处，可能需要街道或者派出所的证明，需要户口本等

街道或者派出所的证明for birth certificate, 扫描的可以ma?
Also for the proof of reviews, Can I just submit the "thank you for review
emails"? or do I need the journal editor's formal letter showing how many
paper I have reviewed for them?
