很多次single rebate check 都没成功。 说我买的和广告上的不符合。气得我上次拿
到店里，店里都说我买的和广告上的一样. 有人和我一样发生过这样的事情吗？

It never happened to me before. Even though it happened, it will be solved
when called the CS or emailed them. But this month, I bought the SCR #164,(or 162?? it is the GE energy smart light bulb) exactly the light bulb in the middle of the picture in the SCR book, it didn
't show up. I emailed the CS twice, different people replied the same, said
it is not qualified. I called last week, CS said will add it if it is
qualified. But so far, nothing changes. They are getting mean!!

我就是NIW pending的时候 pp EB1的. 没问题。 倒是把NIW加速批了， 才2个月就批了

必须是4OZ, 购买日期必须是07/11/10 到 07/17/10。
这个size是对的，是07/11/10 到 07/17/10之间买的么？
是receipt输进去还没clear，还是说没发现合格产品？如果没clear的话，要等几天，
SCR系统更新比较慢。如果是没发现合格产品，再检查一遍receipt都输对了么，确定无
误的话，给RA打电话。他们一般能从电脑里查你receipt上都有些什么。

你打开not qualify那里看详情, 然后把列出来的品名+价格贴上来看看.
你前面报的产品和大小都是对的啊, 简直不可能不qualify阿!
