收到RFE的信了，果然如夏花mm预料的要求证明婚姻的真实性，要求在１１月２日回复：
Submit any documentary evidence in your possession to demonstrate that your
marriage is bona fide. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to:
birth certificates for common children; proof of residence or ownership of
property; joint income tax returns; joint financial accounts; spousal
insurance coverage; medical, school or religious records; or other proof of
marital status. Secondary evidence will be evaluated for authenticity and
credibility and should cover all periods from the time your marriage took
place until the present. If you fail to submit any evidence or if you submit
insufficient evidence, your application may be considered for denial.
我们是５月份结的婚，６月份交的４８５，我LP是学生身份，现在她已返回东部准备秋
季开学了。现在的问题是我们还没有上述的evidence，我们能够开joint financial
accounts，我也可以提供spousal insurance coverage，但这些都发生在RFE的日期这
后，USCIS会不会认可？另外“until the present”是指RFE issued的日期还是１１月
２日之前的任何日期？除了上述的evidence还有其他的什么可以证明婚姻的真实性？
请有经验的同学们和大牛们指教，非常感谢！！

刚才收到的email notice，真是倒霉，以前140被RFE，现在485又RFE了，哎~~~
提交485时我只复印了I-94的正面，没有背面的，是不是这个原因？或者是要求婚姻真
实性证明？我是主申请人，lp的还是initial review.
另外,我收到485 RFE是不是意味我的name check已经结束？请大侠们指教
