我的 draft 已经写好了其实你可以不用再修改了都可以
怎样表达的委婉合适些？
我前面和他说了你可以修改，修改可以根据这些原则 balbal。。。。
其实这个就是个礼貌
我其实想说的是 draft就行了最好不改呵呵

Actually it will be better if he/she can modify the format or use his/her
own language. So ask him/her to modify. BUT, you don't want modification of
some important parts (you know what parts I mean).
So you could use the following or the likes. Hope this helps you.
This is a copy of draft for your reference and convenience. This was based
on a RL template. I would highly appreciate your modification and
improvement in your own favorite style. Thanks for your time and efforts on
my Eb1-a petition.

This ...petition is the most difficult category. It requires ...blahblah...I
have to prove blahblah.. So I have to put some big words such as blah blah.
..in the RL. ....
