3月份DIY file的EB1A, pp被RFE(Officer #144)了，请各位帮忙看看吧！
Background
Physics  systems biology, 目前[email protected]
Publication: (first author) PNAS, Cell, MBC, (second Author)Nature MSB, PRE
Citation: ~500
Review: 5 journals, 5 review (没敢claim)
Award: 学生时代的一个international award, 和美国这边一个postdoc award
Media report: F1000, Science Daily, 和Cell 上的一篇preview
Claim 了4项 media report, award, contribution, publication
承认了contribution and publication
对于media report 的问题是
“the evidence does not indicate that the published material was material
about the beneficiary. The article and media reports are about the research
not the beneficiary”
报道的确是以research为主的，但是也有多次提到我的名字，还有对我的email采访。
对于award的问题是
“XXX international award 和 XXX postdoc award is limited early career
researchers. Generally, such honors are not considered to be nationally or
internationally recognized prizes or awards for excellence in the field of
endeavor, because they are generally given to students or early career
professionals in the field and inherently exclude established professionals
who have already achieved excellence in the field of endeavor”
说的也没错，以前并没有意识到还有这么个条件
总的感觉是提出的问题都有道理，reasonable, 请各位大侠给给回答这类问题的思路

觉得你的条件很牛啊。这都rfe没天理了。
那个奖别单独claim就好了，我也犯了一样的错，不知道该如何补救比较好。看看别的
大牛有什么建议没有。
多点review的话，claim老三样肯定没问题。
这个media report再好好挖一下，可能也可以过得。

我觉得你的case应该claim错了。其实你当时可攒几篇review，上10就可以的。你claim
老三样避过无疑，那个median report很难搞的。bless

这么强的case 就是不均衡,偏科啊.

you do not need to claim too many , the attorney who prepares the case for
you does not understand "two step analysis" at all.
But your case is very easy to address. should be fine.
