因为我的保险cover一年一度体检，我是不是可以去我的家庭医生那做体检，打疫苗。
然后把结果拿到移民局指定的医生那填表？（收费一样吗？）
体检是不是每个医生都是做同样的项目的呢？
疫苗该打什么呢？怎么和家庭医生说呢？
这样的话，移民局指定的医生收 多少钱？表格要自己先填吗？

Have every thing done at the Civil Surgeon's office. You may save money and
time. I had my exam done in Dr. Jiang's office. Don't remember exactly how
much I paid, but it was below $200.

Call the civil surgeon;s office, ask them if they accept the immunization
record (some does, some dont), and ask them how much are for the shots. They
'll also let you know what shots you'll need. Basically, MMR, Chicken pox,
Tdap, and flu shots are needed, but they'll check if you alread immune from
Chicken pox. Call the doctor's office to find out the procedure in your area
. Call more than one offices to compare the price.
