Got 5k miles with Virgin for retention. Plus I'm waiting for the annual
miles to hit in about 3 months.
The CSR offered me a downgrade option. Didn't ask much about it, but would
def do once the bonus mile hits

前一段时间找ink要retention, 给了10k MR after 5k purchase.
反正要刷staples的VGC, 所以觉得这个offer还不错。
