请问大家,
请问有人有类似经验吗? 当case 被denied 后, 请问USCIS是不是会发个通知给你, 告
诉你为啥被denied, 那之后再重新申请一次的话I-485 的Receipt Date 是不是会延后?
有没有什么方法直接延续之前的Receipt Date??
请有经验的人回答一下...

Yes, they will send you a notice indicating why the application is denied.
The receipt date doesn't matter. It is the priority date of your I-140 which
matters.
If you file I-485 again, likely that it will have a new receipt date.

Thank you for your reply. I assume to submit another I-485 application will
require me to pay for the application fee again right...
