We have 140 approved by TSC, and now where to file 485?
How long will it take to get EAD and AP?
I have a potential flyout interview in mainland China and I holds F1 visa.
Could I use AP? And what will happen if I used AP? Am I still under F1
immigration status?

Please read Form I-485 instructions (Page 7) for details.
As I know, normally about 1-2 months. but no guarantee.
no experience.
