律师跟我说non-pp average 4个月，也不让我pp. 我的是8月22号RD，本来还很淡定的
在等，想着怎么也要12月才能出结果。可是版上昨天接连两个eb1b non pp approve,
而且rd跟我的基本一天，为什么我的，我周围几个lin #都还在initial review? 140审
理是按照RD来排的，还是怎样的顺序啊？

律师跟我说non-pp average 4个月,
That is what I observed too.
I found a lot of cases which were submitted on the same day as my case was
submitted, they are all in initial review.

we filed on 6/8 NSC, non pp still IR waiting.
lawyer called and NSC said it was processing the cases of April so would
need 45 days to call again.

1. my attorney did not put the offer letter in the package, just the
employment verification letter. My EVL did mention Permanent Position and
signed by the Chair. One possibility is asking for the actual offer letter.
2. Question on my award will be scary.
3. The other possibility is my 3-years working experience. My attorney only
describe my working experience in the PL, and on my resume. For example, I
used to work for a company, but I don't have EVL from that company, will
that be an issue?

继续求bless, 还没有拿到rfe的notice,觉得要死在award上了。下面是律师当时的原话：
“I agree that the award category is not the strongest, but I suggest that
we keep it. The standard is not national/international award; it is major
award for outstanding achievement in the field. If USCIS doesn’t think you
meet that category, it is fine because you still meet two others (all that
is required under the statute). I think it is strong enough to give it a
shot. ”

Paper，citation，review对于EB1B来说都够了，推荐新的分布也很好。但是EB1尤其
NSC满忌讳claim太多的，award不合适claim，media report claim起来有风险。如果照
Liu Law的标准patent最好都不要提，别说上交的patent，已经granted patent如果没
有big interntaional citation rate都是不该出现在claim里面的。在回复的时候，
award要好好下功夫挖掘，而不是give it a try。

不过也别太担心，很可能不是这个。如果我的回复让你有点过度紧张我抱歉。
Employment verification letter只要是company letterhead加上相关人员签字，里面
有research职位描述和工资，那就问题不大。还有证明三年以上的research经历，公司
有三个以上researcher，公司长期都有research progress，都可能带来RFE，这些RFE
都是十分简单的，回复起来就十分轻松。

--- 1个international patent, 已经被一个公司license了，两个issued 中国专利
--- n个媒体报道，the new york time, ABCnews啥的, 另外有10＋的国外媒体也有报道
--- 给6个杂志做过 review, 10＋
--- 一个北京市科技进步一等奖，一个学校的fellowship
--- 9个推荐人，5个美国，4个国外，7个独立推荐人,
律师claim了authorship, contribution, media report, award, review.
