男朋友公司要帮他申请绿卡，我们还没有结婚。如果我们想通过他们公司帮我申请绿卡
，我们必须要结婚么？是不是只要在他没有正式拿到绿卡之前的任何时候结婚，他都可
以把我加在绿卡申请的过程中呀？还是有一个deadline之后就不能在加我了。不知道到
哪里可以得到这方面的官方咨询。。。。

在485批准之前都行，所谓485男，485女，就是这个意思

哦，那从申请到拿到485要多久？对所有国籍都是一样时间么？

If his case is EB2, and he was born in China mainland, then it may be 4-6
years.
If EB1b, then a few months to 1 year.
The time does not depend on the nationality, but depend on where he was born
. If he was born in China, then change his nationality to Singapore, then he
still has to wait in the China queue.
