ld现在不在美国，明年7月才可以h1b回来。现在如果我想2月左右提交eb1a，如果140批
了，485怎么提交。现在知道的是ld必须在美国才能提交485，能7月他回来后提交，但
我们仍然两地么，我现在在nsc,他会去tsc，这个有影响么？
他如果中间以b2身份回来提交485，再出境，是自动放弃对么？
我很想尽快试试申请到绿卡，但ld的这个问题发现还比较复杂，怎么个timeline最好？

He must be physically present in the US to be eligible to file 485.
However if he is outside of the US he can choose Consular Processing,
although this is not recommended since 485 carries benefits such as EAD and
AP.

多谢多谢。看来就算等他回来交485，也有风险啊。 我们结婚＞7年了，如果被fre，应
该很容易过吧？
