14个月的小宝腹泻已经6天了。不发烧，精神也很好，吃只要喂得话都吃。打电话给儿
医，说除了果汁，其他平常吃的都可以吃。但是有小孩的朋友反映，高蛋白的东西不能
吃，例如牛奶，鸡蛋，肉类。这几天我每天就喂他PEDIALYTE电解水，迷糊，仅此而已
。版上有小孩也发过烧的请建议啊，到底可以吃牛奶和蛋吗？什么食物对腹泻有作用？

现在EB1b 140批了，485递交后，被RFE，交 I 20，付申请人曾经身份F2 失效，到H4批
准有2个月10天的GAP，（My f1 visa is valid until 7/31/2008. I changed to H1B
in 08/01/2008. But I didn't apply H4 for my wife at the same time. We
applied hers in August 2008 and approved in 10/10/2008.）请问会影响绿卡申请
吗？需要做些什么？还是就是吧手上的所有身份相关的材料交上就行？So, my
question is if this gap will cause problem in our 485 application. If yes,
what should we do? Thanks!
是朋友的问题，好像付申请人的H4也没有出境激活过，需要出境激活吗？但我不清楚付
申请人有没有用 EAD，如果用了，是不是 H4失效，也无法激活？

180天以内的out of status不会影响EB系列485的批准。
你的LP从她F2身份失效的那一天，到USCIS收到她转身份为H4申请的那一天之间都是非
法居留。你数一数有没有超过180天。
If less then 180 days, then no worries and just submit 485 and all relevant
documents and let the IO decide. Not a big deal.
If more than 180 days, then she'd better not submit 485 because it will
surely be denied. She cannot leave the US neither because if she do, she
cannot reenter in 3 years. Even an AP cannot save her.
H4是不是出境激活依赖于批准的时候给了是I-797A还是I-797B
I-797A自带一张I94, 意味着你不需要出境激活。
I-797B不带I94, 你需要出境激活。如果能成功获得 H4签证并成功入境，之前的一切
OOS 都被洗白。
用了EAD, h4失效；如果主申请人也用了EAD, 那她再也回不去h4; 如果主申请人还保持
h1b, 她可以通过以下几种途径转回h4:
(1) 境外签证重新入境
(2) 跟随主申请人的h1b transfer 一起递交转h4申请
(2) 跟随主申请人的h1b extension 一起递交转h4申请

发烧的话，最好不要吃鸡蛋
你家宝宝不发烧，应该没关系的
similac有一种液体奶，专门针对宝宝腹泻的，我家宝宝一岁以前有一次腹泻，儿医就
让给吃这个，吃了就好了，你可以试试

Just a few suggestion:
- avoid fat (milk has lots fat).
- try fresh apple.
- use gatorade or powerade instead of pedialyte (much cheaper).
- save the popo for medical lab test if it gets worse or not improves.

FACT:
While it's true that dairy can make severe diarrhea worse, it's best to
continue feeding your child her/his normal diet, including cow's milk, if s/
he has a mild case and no vomiting, advises the American Academy of
Pediatrics. And there's one dairy product in particular that you should
actually add to her/his diet: yogurt. (Look for either Lactobacillus
rhamnosus or Saccharomyces boulardi on the lable.) A review of two dozen

对了，推荐cream of wheat（如果wheat不过敏的话）
这个东西很有营养，也好消化
可以跟米糊换着吃吧

I used it before. It is very effective.
But do not use it too much. The baby may not popo for a few days.

腹泻不能喝牛奶，高蛋白的dd不要给。
除了迷糊和电解质水以外，还可以给白面包，白粥。
