Need to know if an editor in one journal can know all the work of a reviewer
who reviewed for some journals from the same publisher as that of the
journal the editor is working with.
The reason to ask is that I want to know if an editor can evaluate the work
of a reviewer for another journal.

Thanks!
I know two editors for two different journals but with the same publisher. I
hope one can write me a letter because I published one paper in his journal
which has been cited 43 times. I also reviewed 8 manuscripts for his
journal. But he never replied to me. I want to ask the other one to write me
the letter if the other one can access my reviewer' records in the journals
which belong to the same publiser. My question could be stupid but I want
to know if the second editor can access my reviewer's records.

第一个估计没啥希望，我一篇80多次的引用人家也照样不理我
第二个也难讲，我帮一个editor在一个月内审了5篇，也没理我，最后那个杂志(审稿7
次)的主编帮我写了
