刚刚收到USCIS的case update email 如下， 不确定到底是批了还是RFE还是据了？请

updates on your case, including when the notice is mailed. If you have not
received the notice within 14 days of the date above, please call customer
service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. If you move, please use
our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

恩，是从Initial Review直接到Decision的，这样就肯定是批准了么？十分感谢！

刚刚给客服打电话了，可惜她就是把邮件的内容重复了一遍，还是不知道结果，呵呵。

?? did you talk to real person, or just the automatic computer response?
if they made decision, they (real person representative) should be able to
check it for you. btw, you should call the PP number, after the computer
response, you can wait to talk to representative.

是系统自动回复之后再接着和真人通话的，可惜她坚持说没有进一步的信息，让我等邮
件寄到家自己看。
刚才打电话问律师，说最近移民局系统有点混乱，可能是批准也可能是补材料，拒的可
能性比较小。

奇怪，我有类似的情况，是ＮＳＣ，打电话去他们能很快查出来。

谢谢，刚刚又打了个电话，感觉客服和我们在网上看到的信息是同步的，我的case 是
十月初寄出的，背景很一般，没有pp,今天收到状态更新说decision made and mailed
out，客服说等两天差不多信寄到了，移民局就会更新网上状态成post decision,到那
时具体结果就会显示出来。打电话给给律师他说可能通过也可能补材料，但补材料一般
会直接说明吧？希望是直接通过，再次感谢回帖的各位，等我有了消息上来更新一下结
果和背景。
