好久没有上这个版了。更新如下：
File: I-485, I-765, I-131.
Mail by USPS on 09/17/2012 (to TX Lockbox)
RD: 09/24 by NSC
Biometrics fee Charged on 09/25. Status has been showing Acceptance on 09/25
since then
Notice Date of the Receipts of the three forms: 09/26
FP notice: 10/17
Combo Card received: 10/29
Biometrics taken on 11/14 (没有 Walk-in; 网上有人说我们这里很严不行，就没有
去试)
AP: 12/17/2012. Decision: "On December 17, 2012, we mailed you a notice that
we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please
follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card
should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you
complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is
later."
7-8小时以后，当天晚上8点状态又变成 Card Production。看来NSC晚上也在工作啊。
On December 17, 2012, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow
30 days for your card to be mailed to you.
两点感受：
1。名字是个大俗名。大概等了3个月差一周。和我同名同姓的一个兄弟花了3个月整时
间（他是7-10月NSC的）。看来 FBI Name Check确实是瓶颈。如果名字俗，NC时间长，
Walk-in也没用。如果名字特殊，NC 很快就过得话，Walk-in FP 就有效果了。
2。NSC vs. TSC: 各位可以看看那个Case Tracker 的 survival chart。

TSC （绿线）在等待时间为60天内，批准速度快于NSC (红线），NSC几乎停滞不处理
case。
到了等待近90天的时候，NSC的处理速度显著快于TSC。
所以我这里看到TSC两极分化严重：有的很快1-2月内报绿，有的8-11个月还在等待
NSC相对四平八稳：1-2月内就绿的惊喜的很少，到了90天后，大部分人一个个都开始
报绿了。根据这幅图，TSC的如果前3个月没批，后面就有一定的可能性要等待长些。这
也能解释为啥 USCIS网站上显示NSC的平均485处理时间显著快于TSC。
以上意见仅供参考。
奇怪的是 Combo Card (EAD 上有印 Serve As I-512 Advance Parole) 收到了，那个
I-131的状态仍然显示 Initial Review。一直到现在没变。不知道各位有何解释？谢谢。
