大家好，
本人来美一年， h1B的身份。
最近联系了另一家单位谈得不错，他也可以帮我转h1b。
我的问题是，
1.transfer H1B一般要多久？
2.transfer的时候，当前雇主是不会知道的?
3.如果我现在或者在转的过程中提出辞职，现在单位会不会直接fire我，以至于最后
不能transfer，会不会出现这样的问题？
请有经验的朋友指点下，谢谢.

normally, transfer process will take 2_3 Mon. however, u are legally allowed
to work for new employer once new employer file this transfer file and
receive the receipt from uscis,which is roughly one month.
honestly, u should notify current employer about your intention angle get
cooperation from them. try to do things more professionally. during the
transfer processing period, better to keep your status valid with the old
employer until the new employer receive the receipt from uscis. simplily, no
gap between two jobs.
