Fresh PhD,之前电面了外州一个大公司，和HM聊了比较多，被告知他们要面试更多的人
，可能还需要几个礼拜才有新的消息。
这两天看到这个公司的HR在Linkedin发布消息，在下个月这家公司会在local举办一个
job
fair,据称不同部门的HMs都会到场(全是这家公司的）。
现在犹豫要不要飞过去一趟参加这个job fair。
如果决定要去，
1）要不要礼貌性的问之前的HM是否也会去，说自己会在那里？
2）去了那里，要不要跟别的HMs提到之前的电面经历，表示自己对公司有一定了解，有
备而来？顺便也比较容易打开话题，气氛不至于太僵？
我在网上搜了一圈，美国人对此的讨论好像觉得大部分是浪费时间，因为都是HR在那里
做样子，都跟找工作的人说去网上申请。但是自己觉得通告里面特别提到HMs会去，可
信度不知多高？大家有什么类似的经验？

听说大家一般都不明说自己现在是post　doc　（可以换成别的职称），只是不知道是
否需要提供什么在职证明？单位给我得聘书上明确说这是个training　position，不可
以用来申请绿卡，所以我是否最好不要把聘书放在申请材料中？如果不提供在职证明，
如何论证. I will continue to work in the area of extraordinary ability？
大家都是怎么处理得？

you may introduce yourself as a RESEARCH FELLOW/ASSOCIATE even the offer
says it's a training position. It is common sense that postdoc is just a
temparory position,aiming to train researchers at the post-doc period.
what the offer letter says is NOT a crucial factor contributing to your
approval. IO does care much about your achievements and contributions in
your field.

better to put a EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION LETTER rather than the offer letter.

typically have standard letters thus do not need my draft?)

我放了当初的offer letter而非verification letter，没有问题。其实你不放offer
letter都可以，只要简单阐述一下你未来的计划就可以。
至于什么verification letter，EB1B的确是必须的，不过EB1A么，无所谓的。有的人
过度解读。

to prove you are currently contributing to the US, official letter would be
one of the evidences,which definitely applies to EB-1A
