EB-1A, DIY, case is very weak, total 23 papers, but most of them are in
Chinese, 1st authored is only 2, review manuscript is about 15 articles for
5 journals, 7 reference letters, 5 of them are independent letter, about 90
citations.
I submitted my case at TSC on 09/19/2012, the case was transferred to local
USCIS office on Oct, 26, 2012, and now the case status is Initial Review.
I come here for Blessing and hope there is good new come soon.

never heard 140 being transferred to local uscis. bless
