问从USCIS官网上上看到需要如下文件:
A Form I-130
A copy of your birth certificate showing your name and the names of both
parents
A copy of your Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship or U.S. passport
if you were not born in the United States
A copy of your parents’ civil marriage certificate
我有以下两个问题:
1."A copy of your parents’civil marriage certificate"怎么办呢? 我父母是50
年代结婚的,结婚证早就找不到了. 我的出生公证有我父母亲的名字,有它难道还需要
父母的结婚证吗?
2.要不要同时file I-485?

有acceptance通知。
有的acceptance notification附上多个reviewers的comments；有的没有。
如果会议网页上只找得到在这个workshop上作presentation的slides，没有提供
abstract的原文呢？
这样能算publication吗？

关于论文发表的移民局文件的原文:
EB1A: Evidence of your authorship of scholarly articles in professional or
major trade publications or other major media
EB1B: Evidence of authorship of scholarly books or articles (in scholarly
journals with international circulation) in the field

我也一直觉得不算。
但是律师是问，把所有的journal,conference,workshop都加起来有没有20？
当然workshop也都是international的。
所以心生疑惑，难道abstract也算publication吗？

红花还需绿叶配。Journal papers 是红花，这些 presentations 是绿叶。
我连非国际的小会议presentations都列上了，凑数呗。反正没有出问题绿了。

为什么不算？
我连workshop的paper的citation也算进去了
