Conclusion:
截至2013年1月15日，EB1类中国国籍申请人2012年的递交的485还有1336个没处理，
2011年还有197个，2010年70个，2009年17个。。。搞笑的是2001年还有5个没处理。值
得表扬的是20世纪的已经都处理完了（或者申请人不堪等待痛苦放弃了）。
2012年同期纪录显示，2011年1390个未处理，2010年366个，2009年61个，2008年53个
。。。更搞笑的是2012年纪录显示2001年只有4个没处理。经过了2012一年，这倒霉的4
个兄弟又多了一个伴儿。2012年和2013年未处理case分布很像，说明2012年处理速度没
有比以前变快也没有变慢。
如果按照月份比较，综合>10年数据考虑，似乎12-4月份是递交485的良好时机，而9-11
月份递交的485，pending case较多。

I485 Receive day 还是 Priority day?
如果有人2000年交I485现在还没批那也太搞了。
