【update RFE，让交I-508】NSC 485主副申请人3/8/2013同时被RFE了，忐忑中求祝福# Immigration - 落地生根

03/13/2013 update: 今天收到485 RFE的信，就两页纸，里面附了个回邮信封。
This information provided in this application and/or contained in service
records established that your were admitted into the United State (or have
an occupational status which would, if you were seeking admission into the
United States, entitle you to) as an E nonimmigrant.
In order to continue processing your application, you must submit Form I-508
(waiver of rights, privileges, exemptions and immunities) to this service.
这到底是咋回事啊，啥是E签证啊。我们主申请人是J1入境，然后豁免换的H1b，副申请
人是H1b入境，在境内H1b Extension过。现在都是有效H1b身份。
是不是弄错了啊，难道因为附了1040和前三年免税需要的8833，IO看错了？可是觉得我
们这visa status跟E差老远啊。
这RFE得真冤枉啊，请各位大侠帮忙看看该怎么回复啊。谢谢大家了，虽然不知道咋弄
包子，也没包子，但绿了之后会向大家请教怎么买包子发给热心帮忙的大侠们。
一直潜水，今天终于不淡定了买上绿衣服浮出水面求祝福。

今天双双被RFE，不知道是要补啥材料，现在想到的可能是tax return，file 485的时
候没做好功课，就把每年的1040打出来附上了，说不定不放这个材料反而没事了。忐忑
啊忐忑啊。求祝福，等着绿卡回国接娃。等收到寄来的RFE再上来更新，我们的receipt
