刚查到律师寄的pp application到了USCIS了，他们时候时候能开始申。PP开始申的标

BLESS you first.
It is hard to tell exactly when it starts. But you can check pp clock. I
think my case starts when the status was changed to acceptance. When it
changed back to IR, it means your pp clock will stop in a few hours.

PP CLOCK 貌似在收到材料就start了
据usps，我的材料是3.8投递的，3.11律师收到email 通知，明确说明了receive date
和pp start date就是3.8，15天内给出结果

炒菜应该用turner，spatula是做点心用的，不是炒菜的，看形状
