1。推荐人说要帮我送信直接到移民局，我可以说我律师需要他，不知道行不行
2。我在texas,letter 的右边写推荐人的信息
左边可以这样写吗？

１。可能不行吧。移民局可能只接受ｐａｃｋａｇｅ，不能分别接受然后归档。
２。通常写什么不重要。但是“U.S. Department of Justice”是不是搞错了？

我也碰到过，有些推荐人以为是让他们自己寄到USCIS，我解释了，他们就给我了。

Don't do it. The USCIS will discard the letter to the garbage since nobody
pays for them to check the it.

the whole package to the US immigration office, so please send the
electronic letter to me.
