咨询了几个地方，给的list大家看看靠谱不？
Physical : $179.01
PPD (skin test to check for Tuberculosis) : $48.90
Chest X-ray (if PPD is positive): $63.40
Tetanus (Tdap) : $115.56
Influenza vaccine (from October 1 – March 31)
Pneumo vax : $151.56 (for applicants 65 years and older)
Varicella (Verivax) : $147.06
MMR : $120.06
(MMR & Varicella Blood test will be done first)

business type 应该选哪种? SOLE 还是LLC

差不多吧，不过你如果有保险而且保险cover疫苗的话，可以去别的地方打疫苗，然后
拿着记录去移民医生那里给他看。我们这边的检查费也是150-200左右，包括了TB和抽
血测syphilis。
