Background: bio postdoc at good university affiliated hospital.
Papers: 15 English + 2 Chinese. Only four English papers are first author
papers with IF around 3-4. Four 3rd author papers are around IF 2-8. The
rest are 4th to 5th author papers around IF 3-8.
Citations: 108 from Google scholar, not differentiate other citations.
RLs: 7 RLs (5 are independent) + 2 editor letters.
That was the data of December 2012.
Now:
Paper: has one more 5th author paper (IF 9) and one more non-peer review
paper (first-author)
Citations: 129

Judging others work is passed.
Publication: he does not mention at all.
My feeling is that he did not read my RLs and PL carefully. I have one from
a startup CEO stating that they have directly used my finding in their work.
I also have one support letter saying that their work are based on my study.
I am planning to
1. ask for 2-3 RLs. I am going to ask very short version that will just
evidence my small percentage or prove my niubility.
2. reorganize the contribution part by saying
2.1 My journals are top by giving eigenfactor.
2.2 My papers are cited by great papers, by great people all over the word.
2.3 My citations have been increasing rapidly, about 20 times in 3 months.
2.4 My papers are used by reviews and books, those books are
internationally circulating.
2.5 Other top scientists say I am a top.
My question is he does not mention my publication is passed or not. what I
should do for this part?
