有一个会议的best paper award 想放在EB-1B里面，为了防止FRE不单独claim, 打算放
在contribution里。网上没有关于评奖标准的介绍，会议的chair答应给写封信证明一

My name is XXX. I was the General Chair of International Symposium on YYYY
in 2007.
YYYY is an annual international prestigious symposium for ZZZ research,
sponsored by IEEE, ACM, SSCS and SIGDA. In 2007, YYYY received 192
submissions and published 72 manuscripts from 43 top universities and 14
industrial companies from 12 countries around the world. These universities
are Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Purdue, Carnegie Mellon University, University
of Michigan, University of California, Rice University, Seoul National
University, Georgia Tech, University of Oldenburg, Waseda University, etc.
These companies include Intel, Cadence, NEC Corporation, IBM, Magma Design
Automation, Seagate LLC, Fujitsu, Genesys Logic Inc., Analog Devices, NXP
Semiconductors, STMicroelectronics, Apache Design Solutions, Qualcomm, etc.
These researchers and professors are from US, Japan, Korea, China, Singapore
, UK, Germany, Brazil, Italy, Hong Kong, Canada, and Netherland.
Among these 192 submissions, the program chair identified and selected 2
best paper awards (1%) based on the technical program committee’s comments
and the evaluation of an invited panel of judges. This award is based on
general quality, originality, contributions, subject matter and timeliness.
Mr. NNNN is the receipt of the best paper award in 2007, which clearly
demonstrate Mr. NNNN’s excellent research achievements in the area of ZZZZ.
Note it is not a best student paper award. It is an international award for
researchers both from academia and industry. Both conceptual and empirical
papers are considered for the best paper award. Therefore, the research
achievements and original contribution of Mr. NNNN are more significant than
other researchers in the field.
