you need visit visa to Canada.
BTW, if you are F1=>H1, you can't apply for such visa in Canada or Mexico
now as far as I know

申请加拿大签证很容易，现在加拿大签证给你10年或者你护照有效期前一个月
如果你是10年有效期的新护照，那就有10年了。我今年刚弄好，准备回国时候走加航就
再也不用烦需要不需要过境签证了。
前前后后大概150美刀搞定。
顺带自己问个问题，进入美国大使馆需要带身份证吗，不想会老家拿省份证，想直接去
大使馆签证再回家。所以直飞北京
