8 journal papers, 其中7篇1作
4-5 conference presentations
citation 100+
3 patents/applications
no review
1 poster award
最重要的问题是，近2年没工作，
我这样能申请NIW吗？

不是说NIW不要求雇主支持吗？但是还是要有工作？
太难过了...

no problem, my friends' eb1a-140 got approved when he was on F2, and no job
offer at the moment of submission. I assume NIW is just as much as Eb1a.
find a good lawyer and you are good to go.
