大家好本人是美国公民去年5月申请我父亲的I 130
当时是通过律师付了800 律师费
这王八蛋律师什么都不做前2礼拜还要我付1500！
先不说我的case做了一年都没弄好貌似一般都是半年就弄好的
这1500从一开始都没说过
现在我很不想在和他继续合作下去在这想问问现在这情况我能不能自己继续做下去
会有什么难度吗？
在uscis我查过我的case 去年11月就已经是Post Decision Activity

你父亲现在是在美国还是在中国？

忘说了我父亲在中国我又查找了下
因为我父亲在中国现在应该是申请Immigrant Visa
好像是DS 230？
你给的这个我刚刚正好看过步骤是有了不过没些要填什么表准备什么文件

If the I-130 is approved and you(or the lawyer) had asked for consular
processing, National Visa Center will contact you for the next steps. Just
follow NVC's lead.

多谢回复问题就在这里我从来没从NVC收到过任何信件
倒是律师收到个要我付款的单子那是去年12月钱是早付了一直到现在什么都没有

In I-130 there is the place to put in address of your father, your father
will revceive a copy of NVC letter if his address was correct in I-130.
The other letter will go to the lawyer (your representative). So in this
case it's normal you don't receive letter from NVC, because you have a
lawyer. But your father (who cannot have a lawyer until NVC letter) can
show you a letter and determine whether he wants a lawyer or agent for his
case (only he can give the consent).
