Hi Everyone, I have a question about the personal file in China. I can't
input Chinese characters in the computer now so my apologies.
I was asked to turn in a form for background check in which I have to
specify the personal file in China, i.e., "人事档案所在单位包括单位名称". I
am not sure what it is. If I remember correctly, it should be the local ren
cai jiao liu zhong xin. But I can't be 100% about it and I didn't find it
online. So my question is, what exact name of this place is and is there a
way that I can check online whether my personal file is reserved there?
I would really appreciate it if you guys can help me out of it. Or should I
post the thread in another place?

It is from the company which partners with my employer for the background
check program. Actually in the first form they sent me there was no such
request, but in that pdf form there was no space for the employer's name.
Then they sent me another word file, which is different from the first one
and includes this information.It is really weird.
