爸妈都过70岁了, 本来以为有了Obamacare, 终于可以申请他们绿卡, 来美国养老. 但
是前两天我上kff.org 来计算爸妈每年医保多少钱, 却没有看见65岁以上的选择. 怎
么, Obamacare 不包括65岁以上老人?
大家都知道, 新移民来美国前五年是没办法申请Medicaid, 反正我所在的州是没办法的
. 也没办法申请Medicare, 因为没交过税.
有谁知道个准确答案不?? 晕啊.
还有, Obamacare 有时间限制不? 不会几年以后法案就作废了吧?

不一定。当USCIS收到你的485，核查你的check是对的，就会在网上更新这个。但你不
会等太久，就能拿到FP notice了。
