大概interview会安排在什么时候呢？如果需要reschedule，大概要怎样的步骤呢？

If he goes back alone, you can wait for the letter and reschedule. Or you
just notify him the interview date and he will come back a day before the
interview and return to china after that. (just one round-trip airlines fare
and save the trouble)
