F2A is all C next month, so you can file it like US citizen's spouse and file I-485, 131, 765 concurrently. But you need to be and have maintained in legal status, unlike USC's spouse whose status can be "black". And finanlly we will actually see some GC holders in this category get 2-year conditional GC. Because in the past when F2A PD was > 1 year wait, it would be quite unlikely to see GC approved within 2 years of marriage.

Thank you so much for your instructions. May I add on one more question? I married to my husband in May 2011. It has been more than 2 years now. Do yI still get conditional GC? And what's the consequence of getting a conditional GC? Thank you so much! S

Your GC will be permanent without condition because you have married for >2 years before I-485 approval. In the past F2A waiting times mostly around 2-5 years, there was shortly a few months windows when PD needed only 1 year wait, but too short to see any spouse actually got approval.

same document requirement as marriage to US citizen(except that petitioner is GC holder). So I-864 is needed.
