H1b在办Eb2的话，听说有一段时间不建议回国，具体是哪一段呢？

the only times you must in US are : the date you file I-485 (until the
receive date), when you need to do FP or interview, don't miss the
appointment...

我记得以前听人说一开始申请绿卡就有移民倾向了，签证就容易悲剧么？

use H/L/K/V visa or AP
