收到RFE的NOTICE， “SUbmit a copy of birth certificate showing your
parentage, which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of
the country of your birth". 问题是我得出生公证就是在国内做的，上面有我爸（户
主）的名字，也有写我和户主的关系是父女。这是要求把我妈妈的名字也写上去吗？

国内的出生公证都有父母的，这是标准模版。你的怎么会没有母亲呢？
