Hello,
This is the first time we have had an IPAD or any other "I" device. We are
senior citizens and are not accomplished in current data devices except
for computers.
When we opened the IPAD shipping container we were surprised by the fact
there was no manual. We have struggled with this device and were about to
return it to you. we tried another day and decided to try to find a manual
on the internet and were successful.
We have finally worked out how to start the device. It is unbeleivable
that there was no manual or at least some simple instructions.
We were not satisfied with this experience and would like to know why we
were not provided with the required information.

刚刚发现20天没用我的USCIS帐号（monitor case number的那个）已经无法登陆了。点
forget password可以重新设置密码，再次启用。
幸好case最近也没有更新。

叫他们去apple店里上个免费的课。apple店的这个功能对这些老头老太还是很有用的。

why do you need to log in? they will send you email right away.
