终于轮到俺报绿了，485历时7个半月，状态终于今天从ACCEPTANCE变成CARD
PRODUCTION了。
个人信息：费城某大学POSTDOC，英文1作2篇（已发表），4~5篇投稿中，中文有7篇，
CLAIM了7~8项，反正能沾边的都写上了。引用加上中文才50多次。推荐信6封，加2封
comment letter。审稿10篇，杂志无影响因子。没请律师，完全DIY。

I filed “Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker” (I-140) in Aug 2012 based on
Employment-Based Immigration: First Preference EB-1A, which was approved in
Oct 2012, and I filed “Application to Register Permanent Residence or

dependent in May 2013.
The processing time of my case at TSC has been over 7 months in total.
However, the average processing time at TSC is only 4 months.On Sep 27, we
submitted the service request through phone of TSC customer service (

delay of green card approval has caused us a lot of inconvenience and
severely impacted our lives in a negative way. I am actively involved in
XXXX’s XXXX research efforts. I am unable to apply for several grants that
require permanent resident status. Importantly, my wife is looking for the
XXXXX position in hospitals. However, it is very difficult to get an
interview without green card.
